LEAVE STEVEN SEAGAL ALONE AND GROW UP

STEVEN SEAGAL IS BEING BASHED BY SO-CALLED MARTIAL ARTIST

Here in recent weeks, i have been shocked to some degree at the hate shown towards
actor and Aikido master Steven Seagal. By so-called martial artist and everybody else
that feels that they need to take a shoot at him.

The point of interest was that he allegedly lied about several incidents and supposedly
his past as well. I wish that these guy would get a life. Please see video..

HAPPY 75TH BIRTHDAY BRUCE LEE!!

November 27,1940-July 20,1973

To My mentor and one of the greatest martial arts exponents of the twentieth and
twenty first century.

I began my martial arts journey at the ripe age of ten years,in the summer of 1971.
My original inspiration was Bruce Lee and my uncle Willie. It is with great
humility i pay homage to the man that influenced me to take this path. i am truly grateful

RONDA ROUSEY GETS WHAT SHE DESERVES:A LESSON IN DEFEAT-brother teacherI

Ronda Rousey learns a lesson in both defeat and humility...

Just a few short weeks ago, i made a comment about UFC champion Ronda Rousey being
a very arrogant fighter, and now her reign as champ has ended.

Let me first say that Ronda is a great athlete and competitor, but she was not the best
as she touted. So many times have i seen her in interviews talking trash about other
competitors, and how she whipped up on a group of people in a movie theatre.

The self centered narcissistic Ronda found out not many days ago, that there was
someone else that deserved the title who was a little more humble and appreciative
of the title, and that someone was Holly Holm.

You know, all of the years that i have studied and trained in the martial arts, the very
first lesson i was taught was to be humble, and that there was always someone out
there better than you. We were taught to be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.

This new generation of so-called fighters don't seem to understand this principle
(this does not apply to all).

While Ronda is healing, i hope that she takes this lesson to heart ...Please see video

ELBOW STRIKES IN THE JINEN-DO SYSTEM

THE ELBOW STRIKES

Outside of hand strikes and kicks in our system, you can also find elbow and knee
strikes equally beneficial. In this video we will demonstrate the elbow strikes from
the most common striking angles, associated in street confrontations.

Please remember to practice safely. At first solo, then on a heavy bag to develop power,
and finally with a partner(with control) to develop a sense of timing against punches etc.

In order to realize true self confidence, one must practice daily with the proper mindset.
In other words, you must train like a warrior. Train your techniques hundreds of times,
with meaning and if you are faced with danger, hopefully you will maintain the same
state of mind when you need it.

TOP TEN FIGHT SCENES OF ALL TIME

TOP TEN FIGHTS

Most of us have our picks, as to what is the greatest fight scenes we have ever watched
on the big screen, but it is hard for me to tell sometimes. What it really depends on to me is
what type of fight scene and/or movie we are talking about.

When it comes to martial arts films, of coarse it is Bruce Lee in the movie Enter the Dragon,
down in the tunnel scene. There are some that may choose Jet Li, Donny Yen or Jackie Chan.

Check the attached video a choose what is your favorite fight scene and from what genre.
Send me your comment, i would like to know.

HAPKIDO GRAND MASTER KNOWS HIS STUFF

THE ART OF HAPKIDO

The art of  Hapkido was born in Korea. The art of Hapkido is characterized
with a multitude of joint locks, throws, hand strikes and devastating kicks.

It is quite different from Tae-Kwon-Do and Tang-Soo-Do, in that it places more
emphasis on redirection, and utilizing the opponents movements against them,
as opposed to forceful blocking and direct striking. Please enjoy this video clip.

BE YOU!- Bruce Lee's words and mine are the same, let no one define you

BE YOU!

Are you who you define yourself to be, or what someone else labels you as?
I choose to be me, and i hope that this is your stance as well. It is too easy
to be put in a pigeon hole and categorized by the insecure, and weak minded, but
to be courageous and independent takes a real man or woman. Just Be You...

I WOULD NEVER SLANDER GRAND MASTER MOORE BUT DID HE SLANDER BRUCE LEE?

DID GRAND MASTER VIC MOORE SAY BRUCE LEE WAS NOT A REAL FIGHTER?

Hello my friends, this is brother teacher, and i was sent a polite message, a couple of days
ago, saying that i slandered the name of Grand master Victor Moore, and this is false.

First of all, slander is when you tell something about a person that is not true, and this
did not happen. All i did in one of my videos is give my response to a statement made
by master Moore, who stated that he 'BEAT BRUCE LEE'. They had a speed demonstration
in 1967, not a fight! He constantly asserted that Bruce Lee was not a fighter(while laughing),
and saying that he was just an actor, that was made to look the part of a fighter in his films.

Now  tell me who has been slandered, he or the legendary Bruce Lee, who is the greatest martial artist  of our time. Not best actor... His fans, students and the world is not confused. you be the judge.
Watch the videos and leave a reply. Thanks..

SOME OFFICIAL TRAINING VIDEO OF BRUCE LEE

BRUCE LEE RARE TRAINING VIDEOS

YOU CAN SEE JUST HOW SERIOUS BRUCE LEE WAS ABOUT HIS TRAINING IN THIS VIDEO. MANY HAVE ATTEMPTED TO DEDUCE HIM DOWN TO JUST AN ACTOR, BUT

HERE WE SEE HIM ON SO MANY OCCASIONS, PROMOTING HIS FORM OF FIGHTING-
JEET-KUNE-DO.

BRUCE LEE WAS ALWAYS REINVENTING HIMSELF, WHICH IS THE JOURNEY WE ALL SHOULD BE TAKING, BUT SO MANY ARE AFRAID TO STEP OUTSIDE OF THE TRADITION OF THEIR ARTS. THIS IS A COMFORT ZONE FOR MOST BECAUSE THEY ARE IN FEAR OF RETRIBUTION FROM ALREADY ESTABLISHED MARTIAL ARTS STYLES OR SYSTEMS, WHICH IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS,

THE QUESTION IS , WHEN DO YOU REALLY EVER FIND YOUR OWN FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION?  SOME NEVER WILL.ENJOY THE VIDEO...

WHAT'S YOUR STYLE AND WHO MADE YOU MASTER OF MINE

WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?

So very often i find people in the martial arts community that ask the question of "What is
your Style". Well even more often i find that their motives are not genuine, and it is
simply their attempt to degrade you and try to compare what you do to their art.

This is really tragic, because if someone is studying a particular discipline, doesn't mean
that their style or system is the same as the next persons. Unfortunately, this is an everyday
occurrence for some. Some form of martial arts have existed on planet earth, ever since the
very first human being. Even those Karate systems dated one or two hundreds before today,
owe their existence to other arts that came before them . So what makes them the authority
over anything new? The answer is a resounding...Nothing.

The Martial arts, like anything else should always evolve with the times. It is okay to keep alive previous traditional arts, along with their great history, but it is not okay to assume that they are the only measuring stick used to judge any other art that comes after them.

FLASHY DEMONSTRATIONS ARE NOT A REAL FIGHT, LEARN TO SEPARATE

ARE MARTIAL ARTS DEMONSTRATIONS REAL AND PRACTICAL IN THE STREET?

Hello, this is Grand Master Stroud, with a question. Can what we see, at martial arts
seminars, workshops and demonstrations be applied in the streets? The answer is
actually yes and no. No street fight will ever conform to the exact way you perform
your kata, poomse, hyung or form. It just doesn't work that way in the read world.
Please leave your comments and opinions and i will respond back to you. Thanks

UFC VETERAN COREY HILL FIGHTS FOR HIS LIFE

UFC FIGHTER COREY HILL, IS ALSO IN ANOTHER FIGHT... FOR HIS LIFE!
REPORTS FROM TMZ

LAS VEGAS - JULY 5: Justin Buchholz (white shorts) def. Corey Hill (red shorts) - Submission (rear naked choke) - 3:57 round 2 during the UFC 86 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on July 5,2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by: Josh Hedges/Zuffa LLC via Getty Images)© Zuffa LLC via Getty Images LAS VEGAS - JULY 5: Justin Buchholz (white shorts) def. Corey Hill (red shorts) - Submission (rear naked choke) - 3:57 round 2 during the UFC 86 at the Mandalay Bay Events…
UFC and "Ultimate Fighter" veteran Corey Hill remains hospitalized while battling a serious case of pneumonia, according to his wife Lauran Hill in a statement to TMZ.
The UFC had issued a statement earlier in the day stating that Hill had passed away due to complications from the illness and several other sources confirmed similar news that the 36-year-old fighter died in the hospital.
Hours later, Hill's family finally gave a brief statement confirming that he is still alive, although his exactly condition and prognosis for recovery are unknown at this time.
Hill was originally a member of "The Ultimate Fighter" season 5 cast along with several top fighters who are still in the UFC today, including Nate Diaz, Joe Lauzon and Gray Maynard.
Following his stint on the reality show, Hill amassed a 1-2 record in the UFC before suffering a gruesome broken leg in his fight with Dale Hartt in 2008. The leg injury was similar to the one suffered by former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva in his fight with Chris Weidman in 2013.
Hill recovered from the injury and fought again a year later, but never returned to the UFC again.
Hill had been hospitalized recently after being diagnosed with pneumonia and it appeared as if the former UFC lightweight took a turn for the worse and was being taken off of life support.
Now, according to his wife, Hill is 'resting and still alive' but there's been no further updates.
UFC officials have not responded to FOX Sports for further comment on the situation.

VERY MESSY. AS MUCH AS WE LOVE TO DEVELOP AN ENDEARMENT
TOWARDS CERTAIN ACTORS IN ACTION FILMS, JUST REMEMBER THAT
MOST OF THEM DON'T DO THIS AS A WAY OF LIFE. INSTEAD THEY ARE
ONLY DOING IT TO FILL THE THEATER SEATS , WHICH PAY THEIR SALARIES

THERE ARE SOME THAT WE HAVE SEEN GRACE THE BIG SCREEN, THAT DID

SONNY CHIBA AND DONNY YEN , JUST TO NAME A FEW. ENJOY..

JIM KELLY IN THREE THE HARD WAY

It has been a couple of years now since the death of Actor and Martial Arts star Jim Kelly.

THE SPEED OF BRUCE LEE

THE UNDENIABLE SPEED OF BRUCE LEE

In a couple of my early Youtube videos, i addressed the question about Bruce Lee
being beat in a martial arts demonstration. Of coarse there is still a segment in the
martial arts community that stands firmly in their belief that Bruce Lee was just an actor.
Of those of you that know me, you know that i can't let that go without commenting
with an emphatic NO!. He was not just an actor, but one of the deadliest exponents
in the martial arts, and perhaps if they would read his own books on  fighting and
also study his fight scenes in his films, they would see just how fast and masterful he
was. Below are two videos that someone was so kind to upload which show some of Lee's
prowess. which includes his use of the trap, feint, parry and of coarse, his superb speed.

WAS BRUCE LEE A REAL FIGHTER?

WAS BRUCE LEE A REAL FIGHTER OR JUST AN ACTOR

This has been the topic of discussion for many years and remains to be today. Let me
first get out of the way, the fact that i actually started martial arts because of Bruce Lee.

Yes, he was my inspiration and idol at the outset, but i view him as something totally
different now. Today he is still the one individual responsible for sparking my
interest in the martial arts, resulting in me taking this journey. He is also my mentor

Bruce Lee made a statement in a famous interview, that martial arts was responsible for
everything that he became as a human being. This is not only true for him, but many others
that have started out on this martial journey, to include myself.

It has now been nearly forty four years, and i am still studying, training and teaching martial arts.

Now to the topic, was he a martial artist or an actor? Well i first begin by saying, look at the work
that he has left behind. During his life, he published books on self defense, he had manuscripts
on his own fighting method (Jeet-Kune-Do) which was later published,He trained everyday of
his life and he was very passionate about perfecting his art by developing his body to its maximum.

This is not to be debated. The so-called Bruce haters seem to hang on the fact that Bruce Lee was an
actor. Well, many of the people claiming that he was not a real fighter, also appeared in many movies
as well.

I have found that most of the people that claim that Bruce Lee was not a real martial artist, did not
approach him with this issue when he was living. They wait several years after the man has died to
start ranting on about his legitimacy or lack thereof. Is this the trait of a coward? Yes it is.

The fact is, Of coarse Bruce Lee was an actor, his father was an actor in Hong Kong. Bruce Lee had
starred in over twenty movies starting as a childhood actor in Hong Kong, before he even came to
the United States. Bruce Lee had a collection of over one thousand books on martial arts from
around the world. He himself studied philosophy and expressed his philosophy both on martial arts-
and life.

He himself has been quoted in dozens of speeches on how he strove to perfect his martial arts, how
he was expressing himself through martial arts, and how one must chisel away the unessential.

How in the world does a man who trains relentlessly in martial arts, who develops a body to such a
point of physical perfection, and have a doctor say that he had the body of a teenager, end up being
called 'Just an Actor'? the answer is simple. Jealousy.

It's funny that this so-called actor has convinced the World that he is the King of Martial Arts.

No it's really not funny, because we all know that he is the most celebrated exponent of the arts
of pugilism both in the twentieth and twenty first century. The real issue is that some have never
accepted it. Below please find some images of Bruce Lees personal physique as a result of his
arduous training methods. He trained like this in perfection of martial arts, not Acting..

-brother teacher

IN CONCLUSION, JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE DOES NOT ACCEPT SOMETHING-
DOESN'T MAKE IT NOT TRUE. ACTORS TALK ABOUT ACTING AND MARTIAL-
ARTIST TALK ABOUT MARTIAL ARTS. BRUCE LEE WAS BOTH...

UFC STAR JON JONES STRIPPED OF TITLE

UFC STAR JON JONES ARRESTED IN MEXICO AND STRIPPED OF TITLE

THIS ARTICLE FROM FOX SPORTS

click link below to watch FOX SPORTS video

UFC JON JONES STRIPPED OF TITLE

UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has been stripped of his title effective immediately and is suspended from the promotion indefinitely.
UFC president Dana White made the announcement via "FOX Sports Live" on Tuesday night.
Jones was arrested on Monday in Albuquerque on allegations of leaving the scene of an accident, which is a felony charge in New Mexico due to one of the drivers suffering a fractured wrist and arm. The injured driver, later identified as Vanessa Sonnenberg, was taken to the hospital because she is pregnant and felt like she might pass out at the scene.
Jones was sought as a "person of interest" in the hit-and-run accident, but the Albuquerque police eventually upgraded him to a suspect before issuing a warrant for his arrest on felony charges for leaving the scene of an accident. Jones eventually surrendered to police on Monday before being released on $2,500 bond.
White said he finally spoke to Jones on Tuesday to get his side of the story before the promotion took any action against him.
"He didn't say a lot. Obviously, he's got to handle his legal proceedings," White said. "His lawyer didn't have him say much. What we wanted to find out is what the facts were. There's a lot of things that are being said out there about what happened that day, a lot of them are untrue, a lot of them are speculation, and we wanted to hear Jon's side of the story and we wanted to hear what his lawyer had to say about it."
Jones hasn't spoken publicly since the incident outside of a message he released on Twitter on Tuesday.
Once White got the information he required, the UFC moved swiftly to strip Jones of his light heavyweight title while suspending him indefinitely. Jones was set to face Anthony Johnson in the main event of UFC 187 before he was suspended. Now, Jones' hated rival Daniel Cormier will take his place in the May 23 fight as the new main event with the light heavyweight title on the line.
"Obviously he's very disappointed," White said. "He's upset, he wanted to go down as one of the greatest ever, but it is what it is. It was the decision we had to make."
As far as Jones' future with the UFC, that remains up the air.
Under the UFC's code of conduct policy, the promotion has the right to suspend Jones indefinitely for behavior detrimental to the organization. UFC officials haven't placed a time limit on how long Jones will remain suspended or indicated if he'll ever fight in the Octagon again.
"I don't now what's going to happen," White said candidly. "We have suspended him indefinitely. Obviously he needs to focus on his legal matters."
According to the police report, Jones was identified at the scene of the accident by an off-duty police officer who witnessed the three-car crash. Paperwork belonging to "Jonathan Jones" was found in the vehicle he was driving along with a marijuana pipe with marijuana in it.
The District Attorney from Bernalillo Count has 60 days to take Jones' case before the grand jury to seek an indictment against the fighter. The felony charges carry a penalty of up to three years in prison.

HOW TO REVOLUTIONIZE YOUR MIND-BRUCE LEE DOCUMENTARY

Hello everyone; This is a very nice documentary of the little dragon.  It contains a montage
of scenes from his major motion pictures, to include some interviews as well.

`Bruce was known to play the sort Hero of China role in most of his films. Always defending an
oppressed people from a group of Japanese or some other task masters. He always prevailed.
These roles that he played were actually indicative of how he felt about this subject in real life.

A CELEBRATION OF JACKIE CHAN AND HIS MARTIAL ARTS LEGACY

A CELEBRATION OF A MARTIAL ARTS ACTION FILM STAR : JACKIE CHAN

Hello this is Grand master Stroud and i just wanted to make personal mention of movie martial arts
movie star and stuntman legend-Jackie Chan. Many years ago when i first started my journey in
the martial arts, outside of my first mentor Bruce Lee,followed by Sonny Chiba, Jackie Chan
was my third favorite.
His screen presence with simply fantastic acrobatic and martial arts skills have never been
paralleled by any other stunt personality on modern day screen. Jackie boast doing all of his own
stunts, which have often put him on the injured list but he keeps going strong.

I would be remiss if i left out all of the films that he has to his credit. Below you see just a snippet
of his accomplishments but most of his claim to fame are his Chinese branded films. Please parden me if some films are repeated but thank you for stopping and please leave your comments.
