Ronda Rousey learns a lesson in both defeat and humility...
Just a few short weeks ago, i made a comment about UFC champion Ronda Rousey being
a very arrogant fighter, and now her reign as champ has ended.
Let me first say that Ronda is a great athlete and competitor, but she was not the best
as she touted. So many times have i seen her in interviews talking trash about other
competitors, and how she whipped up on a group of people in a movie theatre.
The self centered narcissistic Ronda found out not many days ago, that there was
someone else that deserved the title who was a little more humble and appreciative
of the title, and that someone was Holly Holm.
You know, all of the years that i have studied and trained in the martial arts, the very
first lesson i was taught was to be humble, and that there was always someone out
there better than you. We were taught to be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.
This new generation of so-called fighters don't seem to understand this principle
(this does not apply to all).
While Ronda is healing, i hope that she takes this lesson to heart ...Please see video
