SHAOLIN MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING HARD FOR MOST

 We introduce to some of you and maybe present to others, this video of how rigorous training
can be in the Shaoin Temple. Literally the word Shaolin means: "temple in the forest". For
over fifteen hundred years, martial arts or pugilism has been a companion with Buddhist practices
in China(particularly at Shaolin).
